Aerosols customer service is an utter failure. I like their shoes but will NEVER buy from them again.

It took me an hour and a half to figure out a simple exchange! Website wasnt working properly and there was no human to talk to.

I sent an email but got no response. I will NEVER buy from Aerosoles again!

In todays day and age, with Amazon being a competitor and considering Amazons fabulous customer service, Aerosoles cant afford to throw customer service out the window. They have lost me as a future customer for sure.

Requested Bar Code 4 days . Aerosoles reply was to check trash/spam mail.

Nothing sent to any mail. They have not sent anything required to return shoes via
UPS.

NO address either. Easy for Aerosoles not to refund purchase price.!!
Beware buying directly from Aerosoles.
I will never purchase anything from such a poorly managed company.

First,my shoes looked nice when unpacked. But one is at least one size smaller than the other!
Second,to reach your customer service is incredibly inefficient. Why cant people just call???
This sort of ,Sesame open up is ridiculous and made me skeptical about your business.

Aerosoles actually responded very quickly to my problem order. I was annoyed that they didn't have a customer service rep to speak to, but they were very efficient in responding to my email.
