It is very aggravating not to be able to call customer service and actually talk to a person. I had questions about how the shoe fits and had to send an email.

Allison said she couldn't give me any sizing advice and to read customer reviews.

That is poor customer service. I only bought one pair instead of two or more.

This is not like any company that I have ordered online and return something. I order most everything online. So I returned two pairs of shoes and they refunded the money for the one pair. No explanation why and no no return of my refund after. I have contacted them several times and ended it because I'm not paying $1 to talk to them
