I purchased a couple pairs of shoes in October 2018, mainly because they were running a "Free Returns" promo (usually you have to pay shipping for returns), so there was no risk to me -- so I thought. One pair did not fit so I returned them within a few days of receiving them, had tracking through UPS, and verified they were delivered.

By the time I received my next credit card statement, there was no refund reflected so I waited until the next credit card statement. By then it was December 2018 so I called Aerosoles who confirmed the shoes were received but there was no refund in process. The CSR said she would manually process my refund. Today I received my credit card statement and to my dismay -- still no refund.

I called Aerosoles who said they could see the notes from my December call but there was no refund processed. After giving them 2 opportunities to refund my money, I decided to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

A customer should not have to go through all this trouble or wait almost 3 months for a refund. I will not buy from them again.
