Third time reporting. *** sent i went to ups store, they refused item.

Said must go to post office then the scan DISAPPEARED. No way to bring item to post office which I would've done on good faith.

Scan went off my phone...but br WAS NOT SCANNED!!

The box they was came in as much too large for me to return one pair

Returned 2.7.5w boots For 2..7w boots. Was charged for both orders (same boots just smaller size) first order $118.50.second order $183.60. I did not get a refund for the $183.50.

But the boxes show 6.5, and the receipt shows 6.5. But the shoes in the box are 5.5.
