I did not get my refund for my return of 2 prs of boots $183.50
Returned 2.7.5w boots For 2..7w boots. Was charged for both orders (same boots just smaller size) first order $118.50.second order $183.60. I did not get a refund for the $183.50.

A company such as this should have a phone number. Some customers prefer this method of contact.

Brand new shoe fell apart
In just received my shoes the day before. I was going into the hospital for a checkup and the shoe almost fell off.
I looked down and saw the strap hanging off. I need a new set of shoes ASAP because I was going to wear them with a dress for my 75th birthday.

I got what I did not order. I made multiple attempts to return them through their third party portal.
The company uses AI BOTs to respond and after multiple emails and requests, I chose NOT to request an exchange...Just give me my damned money back. I sent out the shoes more than two weeks ago and not a penny returned. Three emails today and we are back in email *** I am pissed off and frustrated.
I cannot do anything through the location I was told to drop them off, I cannot do anything with the "happy returns" help line and I am done talking with bots. I will never, ever wear them again.
