Poor customer service

Haven't come across such a poor service experience in a long time. Ordered my usual size but the boots are significantly too small. Not able to exchange for a larger size, only offered return for site credit, which at this point I'm not interested in as I'd rather not deal with this company ever again. Fool me once. Spread the word fellow consumers, this company does not deserve our business.

Slipper product did not hold up.

Stitching on the slipper came apart. Lightly worn. Company has not responded. As it is the holidays, slippers are a common gift. I would not purchase the memory foam slippers due to the inferior production.
